Tagliate le arance e spremetele, intanto mettete in una pentola antiaderente a scaldare acqua, zucchero e cannella.
Cuocete gli ingredienti a fiamma bassa fino a portarli a bollore, continuate successivamente per altri 5 minuti mescolando bene il tutto.
Aggiungete il succo d'arancia e il rum, continuate a mescolare rimuovendo le parti solide... e voilà il Punchoso è pronto!
