Fai scaldare un giro d’olio in padella, aggiungi i pomodorini e falli cuocere per 5/6 minuti.
Cuoci la pasta in abbondante acqua salata.
Scolala al dente e saltala in padella con il sughetto e una spruzzata di succo d’arancia.
Aggiungi il pesce spada tagliato a cubetti, le olive e i capperi e mescola ancora qualche istante.
Impiatta, aggiungi una grattugiata di scorza d’arancia e… buon appetito!
